This project was for an Art student at the University of West England.
It is an interactive installation in which people walk in front a projection screen. Their photo is taken and they can then break/crumble this picture and reveal the photo of the previous person which in its turn can be crumbled to reveal the person before and so on, creating a new face made up of all the previous faces.
A webcam and face tracking program allow the framing and taking of the photo and a Kinect sensor enables the tracking of the hands.
The video opposite shows an early stage of the system before further refinement and optimisation.
Using the multi-touch screen as an interactive whiteboard for business presentation. Here under an example with a UAE company branding.
Multi-touch table used as a 3D object manipulator.
Here under a prototype for Abu Dhabi Formula 1 Grand Prix, a project that unfortunately was not developed into a finished product.
Short presentation of a few multi-touch screen visuals I have been developing between 2009 and 2011.
